Setting her sights on the big screen! On Tuesday Adriana Lima revealed her dreams of acting in a film by Quentin Tarantino (pictured at the Fragrance Foundation Awards in New York City)
Wish her luck! After sharing the news Adriana added: ‘Fingers crossed. I haven’t had a chance to tell him that directly’
But the mother of Valentina, six, and Sienna, three – with ex-husband Marko Jaric – noted: ‘I haven’t had a chance to tell him that directly.’
Adriana is planning to audition for more roles and hopes that directors will start to notice her.
The Brazilian beauty added to the newspaper: ‘I’m just waiting for someone to see me. I’m like, ‘Hello, I’m here.”

Adriana Lima is the face of the new Marc Jacobs fragrence, so it was only appropriate for her to don on one of his creations for the Fragrance Foundation awards.
This is the perfect summer gala dress since the powder blue really highlights the tan you’ve been working on. The off-shoulder neckline is spot on as one of the biggest trends of 2016 as well.
Sadly this dress isn’t online, but Net-A-Porter has the brand’s current pieces available (click right to buy).
Then steal Adriana’s style by opting for a dress in the gallery below – just wear a nude satin bra with the ones we picked out. We’d pair it with some silvery sandals to give the boudoir inspired dress a modern touch.

A bit of experience: Adriana has dabbled in acting, starring in 2001 movie The Follow with Mickey Rourke, as well as appearing as herself in TV series How I Met Your Mother, The Crazy Ones, and Ugly Betty (pictured)
The runway model has tried her hand at acting in the past with a role in 2001 movie The Follow opposite Mickey Rourke.
She has also played herself with TV appearances on shows How I Met Your Mother, The Crazy Ones, and Ugly Betty.
Adriana is now ready to focus on establishing herself as an actress and her dream is to work with the Pulp Fiction filmmaker on one of his violent, big screen adventures.
Her top choice: The mother-of-two shared that she’d love to star in a movie by award-winning screenwriter and director Quentin (pictured in Los Angeles in 2014)
Famed: The last film of Quentin’s – The Hateful Eight – was nominated for three Academy Awards and took home the trophy for Best Original Score (pictured: Kurt Russell, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Bruce Dern)
Her dream of working with Tarantino, 53, could become a reality sooner rather than later as a casting advert recently went out for his next project.
The casting call was looking for ‘Caucasian, non-union females, ages 18-35’ to play prostitutes in a western.
It gained controversy as it originally stated that the filmmaker was searching for actresses with ‘no highlights, natural eyebrows, natural breasts and natural hair color to be true to the period’ to portray ‘whores.’
You haven’t seen the last of her! However, though she’s hoping to pursue a career in acting, Adriana isn’t planning on walking away from modeling, saying that she wants to ‘be here as long as gravity lets me’ (pictured at the CFDA Fashion Awards on Monday)
However, it was taken down from a Los Angeles-based casting agency site after a feminist blog titled Women and Hollywood stated the language was offensive.
Although Adriana’s attention is turning to acting, the star has no intention of walking away from the catwalk or her role as an Angel for Victoria’s Secret.
The lingerie model – who officially divorced ex Marko this year after separating almost two years ago – quipped: ‘My plan is to be here as long as gravity lets me.’
