SALT LAKE CITY – The world famous Breitling Jet Team makes a return performance at Warriors Over The Wasatch on Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, June 26. This will be the second time the team’s breathtaking performance will be seen at the Hill Air Force Base north of Salt Lake City, Utah, which is one of 14 stops on its 2016 tour.
The Breitling Jet Team sets itself apart from other performances at the show not only by being the largest professional civilian flight team performing on jets, but also by flying within 10 feet of each other at intense speeds up to 565 mph during their intricate maneuvers. Many on the team have been performing together for over a decade, enabling them to perform as one cohesive unit in the sky. This unmatched aerobatic team uses their deft skill and experience to embody Breitling’s spirit of performance, precision, and innovation.
The Breitling Jet Team, led by Team Leader Jacques “Speedy” Bothelinss. The Breitling Jet Team is the world’s first and largest aerobatic display team and is comprised of seven L39 C Albatros jets. Since its inception, the Breitling Jet Team has flown across 36 countries, including its second consecutive tour of the United States taking place this year.
